Bespoke Furniture - blending local talent with international wood

Our latest addition to the shop comes in the form of bright pops of colour and beautiful wood grains.

Crafted from Sydney blue gum and oak, the pieces are hand crafted by Jared Holmes, a Taranaki local recently returned after working and travelling overseas.

Have trained as a cabinet maker and builder, Jared has been handcrafting furniture for nearly twenty years. His work emphasises the use of clean lines with a minimal, timeless feel. Bright pops of red, yellow, mint, pale blue, white and black add a modern touch to both bar and milk stools while the ability to dictate whether the colour is at the base or the top allows the customer control over the final look.

Coffee and beside tables are also available, once again a touch of colour emphasises the clean lines of the pieces.

Completing the range is sets of serving boards with a streak of colour and natural chopping boards. Both boards have been finished with food safe tung nut oil to enhance the natural colour and grain.
