Sean Duffel’s Self Titled Solo Exhibition

Sometimes life interrupts the best of plans and that’s exactly what happened to our latest exhibition. Thankfully through some well timed introductions we have managed to pull together a solo exhibition virtually overnight thanks to artist Sean Duffell.

Celebrating a decade as a full time artist, Sean Duffell is exhibiting a range of hand painted original works as well as a selection of Giclee prints in his self-titled exhibition opening 17 May 2023.

Sean Duffell’s distinctive symmetrical styled pattern work is derived from studying the macro worlds of nature.

Sean began his art career as an active Street Artist 15 years ago in Dunedin using a three eyed character nicknamed Ghostie which lead Sean to painting murals all across Aotearoa as well as Australia, Brasil, Cambodia, Thailand and Europe.

Sean has also taught multiple art workshops across Aotearoa, Nepal, Cambodia and Thailand as well as painting commissioned murals for a wide variety of corporate clients as well as numerous arts and music festivals.
