Refund policy

If your item(s) arrive damaged or there is a mistake with your order please let us know and we will replace or refund the item. 

If you are unhappy with a purchase or gift, please email us at hello@quirkyfox.co.nz within 14 days to arrange to return it for an exchange or store credit. Items must be undamaged and in their original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Shipping is non-refundable.
