Refund policy

Sometimes things don’t work out, or something pops up and you have to cancel or return your order. 

You have 14 days from the time of delivery to return your order, and you can cancel your order up until the time it is sent. 

Return items must be undamaged and in their original condition.

If your item(s) arrive damaged or there is a mistake with your order please let us know and we will replace or refund the item. 

Shipping is non-refundable. Any tariffs, duties or fees incurred by the parcel are non-refundable.
