Shipping policy
Quirky Fox offers both national and international postage options. The cost of postage will be added at the checkout.
Within New Zealand we offer free shipping on all purchases over $250.
If you live outside of New Zealand you will be charged a flat rate depending on your location:
- Australian orders will be charged NZ$45 EXCEPT Beautiful Bizarre Magazines where you can pick a cheaper, untracked option.
- USA orders will be charged NZ$100
- Rest of the World orders will be charged NZD$75
Quirky Fox is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or customs.
PLEASE NOTE: While art is meant to be exempt from duties, unfortunately some parcels still encounter tariffs despite proper documentation. We will do everything our end to minimise this risk and are happy to help you dispute any tariffs encountered. Please note sales taxes (VAT, GST etc) are different from tariffs.
Items are sent within 2 working days, unless they are part of an exhibition, and you will be notified of the tracking details and expected timeframes.
Exhibition works will be sent 3 weeks after the opening date.
Beautiful Bizarre pre-orders will be sent as soon as the issues arrive at the gallery. This is normally close to the issue date e.g. the December issue normally arrives the first week of December.
