Shipping policy
Quirky Fox offers both national and international postage options. The cost of postage will be added at the checkout.
Within New Zealand we offer free shipping on all purchases over $250.
If you live outside of New Zealand you will be charged a flat rate depending on your location:
- Australian orders will be charged NZ$45
- USA orders will be charged NZ$125
- Rest of the World orders will be charged NZD$75
Quirky Fox is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or customs.
PLEASE NOTE: While original art is meant to be exempt from tariffs unfortunately most parcels still encounter tariffs despite proper documentation.
Items are sent within 2 working days, unless they are part of an exhibition, and you will be notified of the tracking details and expected timeframes.
Exhibition works will be sent 3 weeks after the opening date.
Beautiful Bizarre pre-orders will be sent as soon as the issues arrive at the gallery. This is normally close to the issue date eg. The December issue normally arrives the first week of December.
