Quirky Fox is able to deliver works worldwide.  We aim to send out orders received the same day (within business hours) for delivery within 2-3 days of your order. With exhibitions there may be a slight delay before works are sent.



Damaged Items: If your item(s) arrive damaged or there is a mistake with your order please contact us at 06 2786909 or email us at hello@quirkyfox.co.nz.

Change of Mind: If you are unhappy with your purchase or gift contact us at 06 2786909 or email us at hello@quirkyfox.co.nz.within 14 days to arrange to return it for an exchange or store credit. Items must be undamaged and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or earrings. Shipping is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked courier service to return items.



Quirky Fox collects a certain amount of information to ensure you receive your purchase, to obtain payment and to send emails letting you know the item is on its way.

We don't use your information for any other reason and we won't share it. Our one exception is our e-commerce service providers: they need access to the information to help process your order.

We have an optional newsletter you can sign up for and again we only use the information for what you provided it for: to send the odd email letting you know we have a new exhibition or collection of works in.

Our website uses cookies however you can change the setting on your computer to avoid this. It may mean some site areas might not work as expected.
