Shipping, Returns, Refunds, AI, NFTs & Privacy Policies


SHIPPING

Quirky Fox offers both national and international postage options. The cost of postage will be added at the checkout.

Within New Zealand we offer free shipping on all purchases over $250.

If you live outside of New Zealand you will be charged a flat rate depending on your location:

  • Australian orders will be charged NZ$45 EXCEPT Beautiful Bizarre Magazines where you can pick a cheaper, untracked option.
  • USA orders will be charged NZ$100
  • Rest of the World orders will be charged NZD$75

Quirky Fox is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or customs.

PLEASE NOTE: While art is meant to be exempt from duties, unfortunately some parcels still encounter tariffs despite proper documentation. We will do everything our end to minimise this risk and are happy to help you dispute any tariffs encountered. Please note sales taxes (VAT, GST etc) are different from tariffs.

Items are sent within 2 working days, unless they are part of an exhibition, and you will be notified of the tracking details and expected timeframes.

Exhibition works will be sent 3 weeks after the opening date.

Beautiful Bizarre pre-orders will be sent as soon as the issues arrive at the gallery. This is normally close to the issue date e.g.. The December issue normally arrives the first week of December. 

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Sometimes things don’t work out, or something pops up and you have to cancel or return your order. 

You have 14 days from the time of delivery to return your order, and you can cancel your order up until the time it is sent. 

Return items must be undamaged and in their original condition.

If your item(s) arrive damaged or there is a mistake with your order please let us know and we will replace or refund the item. 

Shipping is non-refundable. Any tariffs, duties or fees incurred by the parcel are non-refundable. 

 

 

 

AI & NFTS

Quirky Fox stands with artists and creatives against the use of AI in creative fields. Each of our artists are required to sign a contract confirming that AI is not used in the creation of their work.

Quirky Fox does not support or deal with NFTs. 

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Quirky Fox collects a certain amount of information to ensure you receive your purchase, to obtain payment and to send emails letting you know the item is on its way. We may also use your email address to send you newsletters if you agree to be part of our mailing list.

We do not use your information for any other reasons and we won’t share it. Our one exception is our e-commerce service providers who need access to the information to process your order.

Our website uses cookies however, you can change the setting on your computer to avoid this. It may mean some areas of the website work differently.
